Spanvero — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Spanvero Pro, the paid subscription offered by Cynosure LLC (a Florida limited liability company, operating as Spanvero). It is written in plain English and forms part of — and should be read with — our Terms of Service (Section 7).

1. What you can buy

The only paid product on Spanvero is the Spanvero Pro subscription — a recurring plan that unlocks continuity features (synced presets and history across your devices). Spanvero's free advisor and free Specialists stay free. There are no one-time purchases, and there is nothing to refund on the free tier, because it never charges you.

2. Who sells you Pro, processes your payment, and your refund

Cynosure LLC (operating as Spanvero) is the seller of record for Pro — your purchase is with us, and we handle refunds. We use a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe) to process your card on our behalf; the checkout is hosted by the processor, so we never see or store your full card number. The processor's own terms/privacy policy govern how it handles your card data, but the sale is between you and us.

3. Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Spanvero Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just ask (see Section 6) and we'll process it back to your card through our payment processor. No hard feelings.

Third-party AI provider and GPU vendor charges are not refundable by Spanvero. You pay those vendors directly, with your own account and your own API key, and that money is never paid to us. Spanvero is an advisor — it does not resell, hold, meter, or reimburse compute. Set your own budgets and limits in your provider/vendor account.

We aim to respond within a few business days.

7. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong, please contact us first — a refund is faster and simpler than a dispute. Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
