This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the one-time Spanvero Decision Pack, measured audits, and existing legacy Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service (Section 7).
Cynosure LLC is the seller and merchant of record for the Decision Pack; Stripe processes the payment. Stripe hosts checkout, issues the payment receipt, and sends approved refunds back to the original payment method. Spanvero never sees or stores your full card number.
You may request a full Decision Pack refund within 14 days of purchase. Reply to the Stripe receipt or email [email protected] with the purchase email or payment reference. An approved full refund revokes the associated account access. Statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Decision Pack purchases are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where law requires otherwise or the product was materially defective and we cannot provide a reasonable remedy.
Audit cancellation and refund terms are stated in the written scope you approve. If you cancel before work begins, any prepaid amount is refunded. Once work begins, we may retain the reasonable portion covering work already performed and non-recoverable costs; if we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the undelivered portion. Applicable law controls if it gives you stronger rights.
Existing Pro subscriptions retain the baseline 14-day money-back guarantee associated with the initial purchase, subject to the original receipt, checkout terms, and applicable law. After that window, recurring charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated unless law requires otherwise or we approve an exception. Cancel through Settings, the customer portal or receipt link, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period.
Third-party AI provider and GPU vendor charges are not refundable by Spanvero. You pay those vendors directly, with your own account and your own API key, and that money is never paid to us. Spanvero is an advisor — it does not resell, hold, meter, or reimburse compute. Set your own budgets and limits in your provider/vendor account.
We aim to respond within a few business days.
If something looks wrong, please contact us first — a refund is faster and simpler than a dispute. Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
