These files are free forever. Existing Pro accounts retain the keyed Data API over the same append-only record — up to 10 keys per account and 5,000 requests/key/day. The legacy subscription is no longer sold. A future prepaid Data API and one-off AI Cost Index releases are on the Products & Support research list.
